This is just a quick note to thank you for selling our home. I do not think you know the history of our efforts to sell otherwise you might have become discouraged. When we first built the home we listed it for a year with a prominent broker. We failed to sell it. Years later we listed it with another broker, a very prominent broker, for two years and failed to sell it. Then we listed it with you and sold it within a small fraction of the time we had listed it with others. You also showed the home more times within a few months than other brokers showed it in years.
